WARRANTY RESTRICTIONSWarranty service and repairs cover defects related to the quality of materials and workmanship. Warranty service applies to electric bicycles, electric tricycles, electric tricycles, electric scooters, batteries, brands Re-Volt, OxyVolt, E-motions', which have a Warranty card and/or a receipt for the purchase of goods, allowing identification of the goods by model, serial number, date of sale.
The manufacturer's warranty does not apply to the following cases:
1. Malfunction of the product resulting from natural wear and tear, its components, mechanisms, as well as accessories, such as: electrical wires, chains, sprockets, shift cables, brake pads, brake hydraulic fluid, tires, tubes, folding springs.
2. Mechanical damage caused by violation of the rules of operation and storage. When using the product as a taxi or for making deliveries. And also when using the product, exceeding its performance characteristics.
3. Damage caused by improper use of the product (use not intended).
4. Damage caused by overheating, overload, mechanical stress, penetration of the battery, controller and other electrical components by precipitation, liquids, insects or other substances.
5. Damage caused by failure to comply with maintenance schedules. Carry out maintenance - once a year. We recommend that you undergo maintenance before the start of the season - in around October.
6. Damage resulting from overloading of electric vehicles, resulting in the simultaneous failure of 2 or more components (rotor and stator, electric motor and other components or parts). Unconditional signs of overload include, among others, the appearance of: discoloration, deformation or melting of parts and/or components of the product, darkening or charring of insulation, damage to electric motor wires under the influence of high temperature.
7. Damage caused by non-compliance of the parameters of the power supply network with the requirements for the electrical network indicated on the charger.
8. Damage caused by cleaning the product using chemically aggressive liquids.
9. Products that have been serviced or repaired outside of the Re-Volt authorized service center (ASC) or the Re-Volt dealer network.
10. Damage resulting from independent modification, opening or repair of the product outside the ASC or dealer network.
